Getting Your Feet Ready for those Sandals, Flip Flops....

 Exposing your feet! Show your toes! What about your heels? Are your feet ready for the warmer weather? What happened to them with the months of cold? Socks? Sneakers? Boots?

Mine definitely have felt the wrath of the winter months....I began a regimen and my feet have thanked me ten fold...

I bought the HeXashield Athlete's Foot Cream...the directions recommend to use it twice a day but I prefer to sleep with my feet not covered so I would apply that in the morning and I definitely felt a difference during the day. 

I also use the Footworks line nightly...the deodorizing spray on my feet and in my shoes (slippers in the morning). There is an Antifungal spray that I use nightly. No more itchiness, redness, peeling, and odor is gone.

I also use a stone offered by Avon and my calluses and feet are smooth....

Why am I sharing this with you?  Because I want you to know that everyone goes through it...and yes it can be embarrassing but these products have helped me and I hope they help you!
